Microcontroller Based Automated Boiler Water Level and Cascade Tank Water Level Sensing and Controlling

Abstract

The levelling of tank level system. In this paper, we discuss the design of a water level sensor device that is capable of detecting and monitoring the water level in a specific water tank or related water storage system. First, the device detects the amount of water available in the tank by the level detector component and then changes the condition of the water pump according to the information on the water level. The aim of this paper is to design simple design of boiler water level and cascade tank level at low price by using microcontroller unit. This levelling system can be simulated by using Proteus software and programmable coding in PIC C compilers
